We are honored to announce that our President, Prof. Dr. Márta Fülöp, PhD, DSc, has been named this year’s recipient of the Order of Merit Cross of the Hungarian Republic. This prestigious award acknowledges the breadth of her scientific work as well as her contribution to the Hungarian public scientific community and life. Her work is internationally recognized in the areas of Social, Personality and Educational Psychology and deals with culture, citizenship education, cultural and cross-cultural studies as well as social and cultural anthropology. The award notes her outstanding research in the complex analysis of the psychological processes of competition. Prof. Dr. Márta Fülöp is the head of the Department of Social and Cultural Psychology of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. |
